This is where it all begins


Here's the skinny: everyone who wants to be in it puts $25 in a pot. Winner with most points accumulated for the following items gets ½ the pot. Second runner-up gets 30%, and third runner-up gets 20%. The challenge is 10 weeks long. Every Sunday email your points total to me and I will keep a running tally of everyone’s points. I will also add them to the blog so you know where everyone is at and if you need to step up your game or not.

****Starting Points****
+5 points for sending $25 to me, Sara, by the first day of the challenge, Sept 4th (which means within the next couple of days it should be in the mail!) You can send it to mom's address.
+2 points for sending it by Sept 18th
+
0 points any later than these dates.

****Everyday points****
+1 point for 30 minutes of exercise, or 2 points for 1 hour of exercise up to 6 days/week (12 pts per week)
+1 point per day for drinking 48-64 oz of water daily (7 pts per week)
+1 point per day for keeping a food journal (7 pts per week)
+ 1 point per day you got 7-9 hours of sleep the night before
+1 point per week for emailing your weekly points each Sunday by 10 p.m. (my time): sarashirleydesign@gmail.com

POP CHALLENGES

***Every day on Monday through Friday: For the pop challenge there will be a bag containing pieces of paper with the following tasks written on them. We will pull out a task and text it to you. After we pull one, we will return it to the bag, so it may be used again. If you did that task that day, you will get extra points. Please record these pop challenge points and add them to your weekly tally. We will text everyone between 8-9:00 with the pop challenge.

No fried food/cooking with excess butter, oil, etc. +

Anyone who is up for the challenge please reply as soon as possible so we have an idea who will be participating (i.e. how big the cash pot will be!).
Also, this is all done on the honor code....NO CHEATING!

  3. Haha Jason, he will not cheat! So is it $25 per person not couple right, I'm assuming? I'm going to say maybe :) I'll think about, not sure if I can eat 4 servings of veggies and give up my fried food :)

  4. Yes its per person. HA! Thats why the Veggies and fried food are Pop challenges not everyday ones. ;)
